Installing Core Tube Method
Buckle the lifter into the groove of the variable diameter joint, move the right handle of the winch to take the pad fork, take out the perforated pipe, install the core tube, lift the drilling tool to the top of the borehole, move the left handle of the winch continuously, and lower the drilling tool into the borehole at a uniform speed. When the groove of the variable diameter joint is close to the inlet, use the pad fork to block and remove the lifter.
Core tube - coring tool
1. Single layer core pipe
The single pipe drilling tool has simple structure and convenient processing. It is a common coring tool for hard alloy and steel particle drilling. The flushing liquid in the single pipe drilling tool is sent into the core pipe by the drill pipe. The drill accessories that directly rush to the top of the core, and the impact and friction of the core caused by the rotation of the core pipe, are very easy to wear and tear the core, so they are only applicable to relatively complete and stable formations.
2. Double core tube
The double-layer core pipe is formed by adding a core containing pipe (inner pipe) to the original core pipe (outer pipe). According to whether the inner pipe rotates during drilling, it can be divided into two types: double acting and single acting:
Double layer double acting core tube (double acting double tube) - the outer tube rotates and the inner tube also rotates.
Double layer single acting core tube (single acting double tube) - the outer tube rotates but the inner tube does not rotate.
The double-layer core pipe can isolate the scouring effect of the washing liquid on the core. Double acting double pipe water isolation without vibration isolation, used for soft, loose and easily eroded formations; The single acting double pipe can isolate water and vibration, and the scope of application is more extensive. Basically, the drill accessories of single acting double pipe drill are used for diamond drilling.
