Prevention method of drilling tool breaking of water well drilling rig
1. All pipes, joints and couplings shall be stored and used according to the new and old degree. Check the bending and wear of drilling tools by lifting and lowering drilling tools, correcting hole depth and relocation time.
2. It is forbidden to use a sledge hammer to knock the drill pipe and its joint when screwing and unloading the drilling tool.
3. When the rotary resistance is too large during reaming or drilling, it is not allowed to start the machine forcibly.
4. Master reasonable WOB, and do not blindly pressurize drilling.
