XY-1A Engineering Drilling Rig Features
1. With hydraulic feeding device, elevated drilling efficiency, reduced labor strength.
2. The rig is equipped with an upper spherical jaw holding mechanism and hexagonal kelly which can be replaced without shutdown, high efficiency, safe and reliable.
3. A hole bottom pressure gauge is mounted indicating the pressure in order to control the status inside the hole.

What is the difference between site investigation and soil investigation?
Site investigation or soil explorations are done for obtaining the information about subsurface conditions at the site of proposed construction. Soil exploration consists of determining the profile of the natural soil deposits at the site, taking the soil samples and determining the engineering properties of soils.
Core Tube Installation
Buckle the lifter into the groove of the variable diameter joint, move the right handle of the winch to take the pad fork, take out the perforated pipe, install the core tube, lift the drilling tool to the top of the borehole, move the left handle of the winch continuously, and lower the drilling tool into the borehole at a uniform speed. When the groove of the variable diameter joint is close to the inlet, use the pad fork to block and remove the lifter.
